At Matbaa Atölyesi Kayseri, we keep our pricing transparent and clear. Every quote we prepare clearly covers paper weight, plate costs, cutting, and lamination expenses.
How prices are set
The final price is provided in writing once the print run, selected paper stock, single or double-sided printing, and binding options are finalized. No hidden setup or proofing fees are charged beyond the provided quote.
Payment methods
We accept cash on delivery or bank transfer upon invoicing. We do not collect credit card data on our website.
- Cash payment at the workshop upon completion
- Bank transfer against invoice upon delivery of print work
Invoicing
An e-archive or e-invoice is issued within the statutory period for every completed job. Invoices are delivered in print upon delivery or via email to your corporate contact address.
Deposits and materials
For jobs requiring custom paper cutting or high-volume offset printing, a forty percent deposit is requested before starting work to procure materials.
Late payment
For orders that have already gone to press or where paper has been cut to size following customer approval, actual costs incurred will be billed in the event of an order cancellation due to material waste.
