Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel your order by phone or email at least 24 hours before the agreed time, you will not be charged. After this cut-off, only expenses for paper or materials already procured for your order may be invoiced.

You can reschedule the delivery date at no extra cost. We will share the next available opening in our workshop schedule within one business day.

In the event of a cancellation caused by us, if we cannot deliver the promised print, or if the final work does not match the approved proof and cannot be corrected within a reasonable time, the entire amount collected is fully refunded.

• For cancellations made before printing plates are prepared and paper is cut to size, the advance payment received will be refunded in full.
• Corrections for design errors identified during proof approval are made free of charge; if printing is canceled entirely, only the proofing cost will be deducted.
• For jobs that differ noticeably from the approved digital template due to technical faults or are printed incompletely, reprints or refunds will be provided.

1. Notify our workshop of your cancellation or refund request by phone or email, along with your order number.
2. The job's stage on the production floor and the paper status are checked by the workshop supervisor.
3. Once the conditions for justified termination or refund are met, our workshop accounting department creates the refund record.

Approved refund amounts are paid via bank wire transfer to the bank account specified by the customer within 3 business days.
